Tim brings an excellent understanding of the client's situation and requirements, and knowledge of which ClearGauge service offerings provide the match to solve those problems. He listens to clients to help uncover their pain points and recommend the best solution. He also acts as the client's advocate—their voice—within the ClearGauge organization. For ongoing projects, Tim manages client relationships, at a high level, in order to keep projects moving, optimized and their status appropriately communicated to the client.

Tim Barngrover possesses over 25 years experience in the marketing field. His extensive sales, Internet and client management experience stems from positions held in account management, electronic publishing and business development. As a Senior Account Manager for the Internet business at Hensley Segal Rentschler, (a business-to-business agency located in Cincinnati, Ohio), he was responsible for strategic execution of Internet site development and presence-related initiatives for several high-profile B2B clients such as Cincinnati Bell and Hobart. Prior to HSR, Tim held the position of Director of Electronic Publishing where he launched, directed and managed the electronic publishing department for Gardner Publications (trade publisher). He also obtained extensive experience managing production staff, business development and sales as a principal of a multi-media production facility. All of these positions afford Tim keen insights into prospect and account management and the online communication space.
